Change of mind

If you’ve changed your mind, you may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@bomulabs.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to request a return

Email hello@bomulabs.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll confirm the next steps and, where applicable, provide a return address.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Please note: due to the nature of food products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items unless faulty.
